Why customers keep coming back to your shop

With TropShip Connect, a customer never has to leave empty-handed or go elsewhere for the flavour you don't stock. Every order is your shop's order, from the till to their inbox. Here's how it looks from their side.

In your shop

A regular comes in for their usual protein. You're out of that flavour.

  1. It's not on the shelf Before, that was a lost sale and a customer heading online. Now your staff look it up in your shop: Tropicana's whole range, at your prices.
  2. Ordered at your till They pay at your counter, the same as anything else they buy, and choose to collect it from you.
  3. An email from your shop Their confirmation comes in your shop's name and colour. If they have a question, they reply to you or call you.
  4. It arrives at your shop Tropicana packs it and DPD brings it to you, usually the next working day. You press one button.
  5. They come back in The customer is emailed straight away. They come back through your door to pick it up, and while they're in, they might pick up something else.

At home

Your QR codes on the counter and shelves take your shop home with your customers.

  1. Scan, and it's your shop They scan your counter poster or a shelf strip and order on their phone, from your shop, at your prices. Any time, not just when you're open.
  2. Delivered to their door Tropicana sends it by DPD, who text and email them with delivery updates. Your shop's details are on the packing slip.
  3. Next time, they come to you Every email, order page and parcel carried your shop's name, so when they run out, they think of you.
