What is TropShip Connect?

Most shops can't keep every flavour and size on the shelf. TropShip Connect puts Tropicana's full range online in your shop's own name, so you can sell what you don't stock. Every order goes through your own TropShip account, and Tropicana sends it to your customer's door or to your shop for them to collect. You never hold the extra stock.

Delivered or collectedTropicana sends it to the customer by DPD, or to your shop. Press “It's arrived” and the customer is emailed to collect it.
A till for the shop floorA customer wants something you don't have? Take payment at your till and place the order there and then.
Paid straight to youCustomers pay by card into your own Stripe account. Refunds, of items or any amount, from your dashboard.
QR codes to printA counter poster and shelf strips in your shop's colour: customers scan and order on their phone.

How it works

  1. Open a TropShip account with TropicanaA free dropshipping account, separate from your trade account. Tropicana usually approves it within a working day.
  2. Sign in and add your shop's detailsSign in here with your email address, then add your shop's name, address and phone number.
  3. Connect your TropShip loginAdd your TropShip API login and run a test order. Tropicana checks it, and nothing is ordered or charged.
  4. Set your prices and deliveryChoose your markup, home delivery, collection, or both, and the charge for each.
  5. Set up card payments and your licenceConnect Stripe so customers pay you by card, then start your monthly licence.
  6. Open your shop and share itOpen it when you're ready, share your link and print your QR codes. Each order goes on your TropShip account, and Tropicana sends it.

TropShip

TropShip is Tropicana's dropshipping service. Your shop's orders are placed on your own TropShip account, packed by Tropicana with your shop's details, and sent by DPD.
